About PanelList

PanelList is a free directory of participant panels and sample providers for market research, UX research, and insights work. Use it to find providers that recruit consumers, business professionals, healthcare professionals, patients, and other audiences for your study.

How the directory works

Profiles describe the audiences a provider recruits, geographic coverage, and how participants are sourced through an owned panel, partner suppliers, recruitment, publisher networks, or other access models. Location and quality signals are included where supported by public sources. Each profile links to a source for further detail.

Browse by audience, sample coverage, access model, or quality signal to find providers for your brief. Location pages show headquarters and offices; they do not establish where participants can be recruited.

The directory continues to grow and is not exhaustive. You cansuggest a providerwith a link to its participant recruitment or sample services.

On reach and quality claims

Reported reach can refer to owned panel members, partner audiences, or market coverage; these measures are not interchangeable. Reach and quality signals reflect published provider claims, not an independent audit. Confirm availability, sourcing, certification scope, and participant checks for your study. A missing tag does not mean a service or safeguard is unavailable.

Data quality

Profiles are checked against current public evidence before publication. Providers must have a documented participant recruitment or sample offering; this may be part of a broader research or software business. Unresolved identities and unsubstantiated participant offerings are held out of the directory. If you spot an error, please let us know via the submission page.

How we write our guides

Our research buyer guidesexplain how to scope a study and what to confirm with a provider. Examples describe published services, primarily from firms in the US, UK and Europe, with additional providers where geographic coverage matters. Inclusion does not indicate relative quality, and the examples are not an exhaustive list.

We link to the provider sources behind each comparison and show when the information was reviewed. Service descriptions reflect public claims; we have not commissioned or performance-tested every provider. Confirm current scope, availability and terms directly.
